Enjoy the Privilege

Open to the general public, ES5 caters to those English Speakers who live in Swtizerland and want to learn to shoot, or continue to shoot, while socialising in an informal atmosphere.

We are a group consisting primarily of expatriates, and have a few membership options. While anyone can join the club, to be able to shoot with us, you must be able to legally shoot in Switzerland. This means:

  • A current extract from the criminal record not older than 3 months (order here online) MUST be presented on the day of courses or gun hire
  • Alternatively if you are a gun owner, bring your WES (police officers bring your police ID)
  • You must possess valid third party insurance
  • Citizens of Albania, Algeria, Sri Lanka, Kosovo, Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and Turkey need authorization from FedPol (see Switzerland, Weapons Act, Destination Combat Agency Operator).

We reserve the right to refuse persons we think are inappropriate.

    We stand beside those who give back to our society!
    Do you have a firearm? Are you willing to coach others in the club on how to safely use your firearm during outings? Can others use your spare guns?
