ES5 Charter

As some of you may be aware, we've been looking into turning this unofficial group of friends into a verein.
The first draft of the charter is here, comments would be appreciated:

Also, if you're up for it, it would be good to get volunteers and same dates of when we can have the very first AGM...

I think Article 20 is the only main question mark, as you have highlighted. Perhaps something to discuss in the AGM. Happy to volunteer. Any Tuesday or Wednesday evening is good for me as long as it's a couple of weeks notice.
Can we link to a voting page to agree greatest good/greatest number of some dates in March/April?

So the first AGM will be at 19:00 at Paddy Reilly's in Zurich (Talstrasse 82, 8001 Zürich).
I booked a table in my name, so if you get there before me, grab a pint and wander around aimlessly :p
